Role Overview
This role is responsible for leading the design and delivery of data-driven marketing technology solutions across multiple channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable technical implementations, ensuring seamless execution from data processing through to customer engagement.
Acting as a key point of coordination, you will bridge business, marketing, and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and completeness across the full lifecycle of campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing technology implementations, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and solution architectures
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and technical functions throughout project delivery
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to define solution scope and requirements
- Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
- Evaluate data, existing campaigns, and performance insights to recommend improvements
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and approaches to enhance solution effectiveness
Requirements
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing automation within data-driven environments
- Proven experience implementing and scaling marketing automation capabilities in complex organizations
- Demonstrated experience leading technical delivery or implementation projects
- Experience working across multiple systems requiring data orchestration to support marketing activities
- Hands-on experience integrating with both on-premise and cloud-based database environments
- Experience working with both batch and real-time data for marketing use cases
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g. enterprise-level campaign management tools)
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation
- Experience with system integration approaches such as APIs and data pipelines
- Exposure to data environments across on-premise and cloud platforms (e.g. enterprise databases and cloud infrastructure)
- Familiarity with reporting and dashboarding tools
- Basic understanding of programming languages is advantageous

- Employment Type: Contract/Project Base (4 months)

- Salary: Up to SGD 18,000 /month
