Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing operations at a Group level. This role involves coordinating across multiple international markets to manage website updates, maintain content, and facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners. You will be responsible for preparing marketing materials and ensuring that product and brand information remains consistent across all platforms and regions.
Role & Responsibility:
Assist in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. local marketing teams, IT, web developers) on corporate website updates, including following up to resolve simple issues.
Support basic content updates on digital platforms, including product uploads and basic editing of banners and product images using Canva or Adobe tools.
Coordinate with country teams to gather and update brand and product information, ensuring consistency across markets.
Assist in maintaining and updating the internal product database, including basic data cleaning and maintenance
Support the preparation of group presentation decks and corporate marketing collaterals.
Assist in maintaining brand assets and image libraries (e.g. product images and brand logos) and providing materials to local teams upon request.
Support the documentation and upkeep of standard operating procedures (SOPs) by recording workflows and processes
Assist with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing or other relevant courses preferred
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (e.g. Canva or Adobe).
