Description

Title: Marketing & Operations Coordinator


Role Summary: As the bridge between corporate strategy and 10 active cafe outlets, you are responsible for the flawless execution of all marketing initiatives. You are the "eyes and ears" on the ground, ensuring every promotional campaign is implemented on time, accurately, and consistently across all locations.


Salary range $3 - 4.5K


Key Responsibilities:


Store-Level Execution: Lead the rollout of monthly promotions, seasonal campaigns, and menu launches, including checking for POS readiness, staff training, and signage deployment.


Reputation Management: Actively monitor and respond to Google Maps, Yelp, and social media reviews, escalating persistent operational issues to management.


Data-Driven Reporting: Track sales performance of marketing initiatives and provide a weekly summary of "what’s working vs. what’s not" to support strategic decisions.


Communication Hub: Maintain the direct line of communication with 10 store managers, ensuring they have the tools and materials needed to hit their targets.


In-Store Audits: Conduct regular site visits to ensure brand standards are being met, from point-of-sale displays to general storefront ambiance.
