Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Growth
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (content, social, email, website, paid channels where applicable)
Develop and manage marketing content (campaign materials, landing pages, case studies, pitch decks)
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify growth opportunities
Track and analyse campaign performance using data and dashboards; optimise based on insights
Support product marketing initiatives (positioning, messaging, go-to-market support)
Manage and update marketing assets across platforms (website, LinkedIn, CRM, etc.)
Business Development & Partnerships
Support lead generation and qualification activities in collaboration with CEO / sales
Assist in identifying and coordinating strategic partnerships (corporate, ecosystem, channel partners)
Prepare sales and partnership materials (proposals, pitch decks, basic commercial analysis)
Participate in meetings with potential partners or clients when required
Gather market and client feedback to improve offerings and messaging
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
1–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, digital marketing, or B2B roles (SaaS experience is a plus)
Strong interest in growth marketing and data-driven decision making
Comfortable working across both marketing and commercial topics
Good communication and presentation skills
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment
Familiarity with tools such as CRM, analytics, social platforms, or marketing tools is an advantage
