Hiring: Marketing & Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)

Location: Singapore

We are a growing lifestyle and home brand looking for a hands-on Marketing & Admin Assistant to support our e-commerce and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update TikTok Shop, Shopify and Other Platform listings

• Handle order fulfilment, packing, and dispatch

• Maintain and update company websites

• Support daily administrative and operational tasks

• Assist with social media content creation and marketing

• Support product curation and sourcing for lifestyle products

Requirements: 

• Organised, adaptable, and willing to roll up sleeves

• Comfortable with e-commerce platforms, websites, and TikTok (experience preferred)

• Interest in social media, marketing, and lifestyle products

• Able to work independently in a small team
