JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  Campaign Support: Assist in the conceptualization and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.

  Event Coordination: Coordinate with mall management, stores, and vendors for seamless execution of promotional activities and events.


• 
  Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media channels and manage platforms.


• 
  Influencer Marketing: Plan, execute, and analyze influencer marketing campaigns, providing detailed performance reports.


• 
  Customer Insights: Conduct customer surveys to gather valuable insights and report on findings.


• 
  Store & Product Launches: Assist in the planning and support of new store openings and product showcases.


• 
  Customer Service Support: Assist in providing customer service duties for enquiries and feedback via phone calls, emails, etc.


• 
  General Support: Provide support for any other marketing-related or customer-service tasks and duties as needed.
