Job Summary


The Digital Performance & Training Specialist plays a critical role in elevating digital capability, adoption, and operational excellence across APEC. This role manages client communications, delivers digital training, coordinates Area Digital Workshops, and supports hotel and regional performance optimization. Success in this role requires strong collaboration in a matrix environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive adoption of digital tools that support organizational goals, including strategic initiatives such as “First to 50”. 


Key Responsibilities


Training & Capability Development



  • Design, deliver, and support digital training programs across APEC.

  • Coordinate Area Digital Workshops, including logistics, content readiness, and participant engagement.

  • Develop learning materials, guides, communication assets, and digital updates.

  • Monitor training participation, knowledge improvement, and completion rates. 


Client Communications & Stakeholder Alignment



  • Manage ongoing client communications on digital initiatives, product updates, and training.

  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated messaging, accuracy, and timely distribution of content.

  • Facilitate regional knowledge-sharing with hotels and internal stakeholders. 


Digital Performance Monitoring



  • Track digital adoption and performance metrics across APEC hotels.

  • Deliver monthly performance dashboards with 100% accuracy.

  • Support initiatives that reduce operational errors related to digital tools and improve digital usage. 


Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Contribute to digital product initiatives that enhance hotel performance.

  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to improve digital engagement and adoption. 


Qualifications & Skills



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.

  • Experience in training delivery, digital communications, or digital product support.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to interpret performance, engagement, and adoption data.

  • Skilled in digital platforms, content systems, and tools.

  • Ability to excel in a matrix organization while managing multiple priorities.

Client Communications



  • 100% on-time delivery of scheduled digital communications.

  • Stakeholder satisfaction score ≥ 4.6/5.

  • Open rate ≥ 85% for digital updates.

  • Hotel engagement with distributed materials ≥ 80%. 


Digital Adoption & Performance



  • Increase digital adoption 12–18% YoY.

  • Reduce digital tool–related errors by ≥ 20–25%.

  • Accurate monthly dashboards delivered on time. 


Workshops & Cross-Functional Execution



  • Support 100% of Area Digital Workshops annually.

  • Content and logistics readiness ≥ 95% on time.

  • Participant attendance ≥ 90%.

  • Completion of cross-functional projects within deadlines.
