[What the role is]

You will drive SkillsFuture Singapore's digital presence through website management and optimisation, content creation and support of online engagement activities as part of broader digital communications efforts.

[What you will be working on]


Key responsibilities include:


1. Website Development, Management, and Optimisation



  • Lead all website development and management matters, including CMS transition or site refreshes

  • Continuously optimise user experience through data-driven improvements to site navigation, content layout, and overall usability

  • Utilise Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to monitor site performance, user behaviour, and conversion metrics

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance search visibility, organic traffic, and ranking of key pages

  • Execute day-to-day website content updates whilst maintaining brand consistency and quality standards

  • Establish and maintain documentation of web development standards, content guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across all digital properties


2. Content Creation and SEO



  • Develop engaging, SEO-optimised content (articles, infographics, etc.) for websites

  • Conduct thorough copyediting to improve content readability

  • Align all content with the brand's voice and messaging

  • Perform keyword research and apply SEO best practices

  • Monitor content performance and make data-driven improvements


[What we are looking for]



  • Candidates should possess competencies in communications or communications-related fields

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in website management, communications and content ideation.  (Those with no relevant experience but have been involved in relevant projects or short stints in similar areas / functions can apply)

  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS

  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

  • Familiarity with website development processes

  • Able to work independently to drive projects

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player, able to work with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong command of spoken and written English


Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract with potential for a 1-year extension and consideration for permanent tenure thereafter.
