Management Accountant (Full Set Accounts)
This role reports directly to the CEO.
📍 Location: Singapore
💰 Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

As part of our business transformation and digitalisation journey, we are looking for a capable and driven Management Accountant to take ownership of our finance operations and management reporting.
This is more than a traditional accounting role. You will work directly with the CEO and management team, providing timely financial information that supports strategic decision-making and business growth.

Your Mission
To own the Company's monthly finance closing process and ensure management receives accurate, timely, and meaningful financial information to support business decisions.
Success in this role is measured not only by accounting accuracy, but also by your ability to consistently deliver reliable financial information on time while continuously improving finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Full Set Accounting
You will take ownership of the Company's finance operations, including:
Maintain full sets of accounts.
Manage the General Ledger and monthly closing process.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure timely supplier payments.
Work closely with the Accounts Receivable (AR) function to ensure accurate reconciliations and collections.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Prepare month-end journals, accruals, prepayments and depreciation schedules.
Maintain the fixed asset register.
Perform inventory reconciliations and stock adjustments.
Prepare GST returns and statutory submissions.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers and corporate secretary.
Ensure accounting records remain accurate, complete and up to date.
Management Reporting
Prepare timely monthly management reports, including:
Profit & Loss Statement
Balance Sheet
Cash Flow Statement
Monthly Management Accounts
Budget vs Actual Analysis
Sales Performance Analysis
Gross Profit Analysis
Debtors & Creditors Ageing Reports
Inventory Reports
Monthly Finance Dashboard
You will work closely with the CEO to provide meaningful financial insights that support business decisions and drive business performance.
Finance Operations & Continuous Improvement
Strengthen finance processes and internal controls.
Review and improve accounting workflows.
Support ERP implementation and finance digitalisation initiatives.
Assist in budgeting and cash flow planning.
Recommend improvements to finance reporting and operational efficiency.
Support finance-related projects as assigned by management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Your performance will be measured by:
Monthly Closing & Reporting
Complete month-end closing by the 5th working day of every month.
Submit monthly management accounts by the 7th working day.
Support management review by the 10th working day.
Accuracy & Compliance
Maintain accurate accounting records with minimal audit adjustments.
Ensure GST and statutory submissions are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain complete supporting schedules and reconciliations.
Finance Operations
Timely processing of Accounts Payable.
Accurate bank, inventory and General Ledger reconciliations.
Healthy monitoring of debtors and creditors.
Timely reporting of the Company's cash flow position.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting efficiency.
Support automation and ERP enhancement initiatives.
Contribute ideas that strengthen financial controls and improve business decision-making.
Requirements
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
ACCA, CPA or other professional accounting qualifications will be an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience handling full sets of accounts independently.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, distribution or inventory-based businesses will be highly advantageous.
Experience with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
