Below are the key responsibilities that this role is required to fullfil:
Manage daily retail operations through our Shopify e-commerce platform and/or retail outlet(s).
Effectively manage the daily retail sales, order fulfillments, logistics, customer inquiries and communications.
Manage physical store VM displays, cleanliness, and professional appearance of the physical premises.
Customer Service Excellence - Provide a high-standard level of service to all customers by being proactive, identify and solve their problems, and always be professional and courteous.
Ensure proper visual merchandising is maintained according to company guidelines and brand standard.
Manage retail promotions, sales, marketing programs, both digital and traditional.
Effectively manage loyalty program.
Manage inventory, procurement, and logistics for the retail business.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Min. Diploma graduated; preferred university degree.
Min 3-5 years luxury retail sales experience.
Experience in retail operations.
Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing personality and willingness to engage with people.
Results focused with high energy and willingness to learn.
Strong interests in events, florals, crafts preferred.
Demonstrated track record of successful client management and a portfolio of VIP clients.
Basic understanding of digital/E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Google Ads, FB/IG, Mailchimp).
