Logistics Team Leader

📍 Location: Singapore
⏱ Shift: 20:00–08:00 (Night Shift | 12 hours | 6 days on / 1 day off)

Singaporean Candidates/PR holder, Chinese speaker are some of the main requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate daily production tasks for B2B orders

• Coordinate workforce, equipment, and materials for smooth workflow

• Monitor progress, solve issues, and ensure timely delivery

• Enforce SOPs for receiving, washing, sorting, cutting, packing & storage

• Conduct quality checks (raw materials to finished goods

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., SS590)

• Maintain accurate production, quality & temperature logs

• Train team members and evaluate performance to drive productivity

Requirements

• High school diploma or above

• Fluent in Chinese & English (spoken & written)

• Minimum 1 year of fresh produce / food ops management experience

• Proven leadership of teams of 10+ staff

• Proficient in spreadsheets & basic computer skills

• Strong communication, coordination, and execution ability

• Familiar with WMS and warehouse operating procedures
