Logistics Executive (Inbound & Outbound) | Kaki Bukit | Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day logistics operations for both inbound and outbound inventory

• Verify and tally incoming stock against delivery documents accurately

• Process and update inventory data in the system with high accuracy

• Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and ensure alignment with payment records

• Handle fulfillment and delivery of virtual goods (e.g., software licenses)

• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flow:

• Procurement Team: Resolve stock discrepancies and related issues efficiently

• Finance Team: Ensure proper documentation and payment alignment

• Sales Team: Manage stock allocation, movement, and usage

• Arrange and coordinate order fulfillment schedules for in-house drivers

• Generate and maintain logistics reports in an organized manner

• Perform general administrative duties such as documentation and filing

Requirements:

3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy

4. Good multitasking and organizational skills

5. Comfortable communicating with colleagues across different teams and seniority levels

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

7. 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (training will be provided for those eager to learn)

Work Details:

Location: Kaki Bukit Singapore (East)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary Range: SGD$2,300-$2,600 (Monthly)
