Description
Team Supervision: Allocate daily tasks, manage shift schedules, and provide on-the-floor guidance to warehouse operatives.
Operational Flow: Oversee inbound (receiving/unloading) and outbound (picking/packing/shipping) activities to meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile stock levels with the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and investigate discrepancies.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations (e.g., proper manual handling, PPE usage) and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Training & Mentoring: Onboard new hires, provide coaching to existing staff, and identify training needs to improve team performance.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Leadership: Ability to motivate a diverse team and maintain morale in high-pressure environments.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for liaising with other departments and management.
Technical Proficiency: Competence in using WMS software and hardware like handheld scanners.
Experience: Typically requires 2–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or senior operative role.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy objects (up to 30kg).

Environment: Fast-paced settings like e-commerce fulfillment centers.
Working Date & Hours : Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm – 1hour lunch break + Alternate Saturday – 9am to 4pm - 1hour lunch break
