Live Commerce & Social Media Executive

Job Title: Live Commerce & Social Media Executive

We are looking for a proactive Live Commerce & Social Media Executive to manage our social media platforms, conduct live streaming sales, assist with in-person sales, and support day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable on camera, enjoy content creation, and are keen to grow through continuous training and upgrading.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Live Commerce

• Plan, create, and post content on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook

• Host or co-host live streaming sales sessions

• Present products confidently and engage viewers during live streams

E-Commerce Operations

• Manage product listings on Carousell, Shopee/Lazada, or company platforms

• Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and visuals

• Support online promotions, bundles, and sales campaigns

In-Person Sales & Operations

• Attend to walk-in customers at our showroom and assist with in-person sales

• Support day-to-day operations including stock management, display upkeep, and order fulfilment

• Assist with event or sales activation setups as required

Training & Development

• Continuous training and skill upgrading will be provided

• Candidates must be coachable and willing to learn

Working Schedule

• Required to work 3 out of 4 weekends per month

• Weekday off-days will be provided

• Flexibility during peak sales periods is required

Requirements

• Comfortable speaking on camera

• Comfortable engaging customers face-to-face in a retail or showroom environment

• Familiar with social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms

• Organised, responsible, and proactive

• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only

Salary & Benefits

• SGD 2,800 - 3,800 per month
