KOL / Influencer Manager - Singapore
Company: EHPLabs
Employment Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for a Singapore-based KOL / Influencer Manager to build, scale, and own our U.S. athlete engine.
This is a commercially driven, high-impact role responsible for identifying, signing, managing, and activating a best-in-class portfolio of U.S. athletes that directly fuels DTC e-commerce, Amazon, and B2B revenue. Operating across time zones, you’ll sit at the intersection of brand, performance, and sales—turning athlete partnerships into measurable demand, conversion, and growth across the U.S. market.
About the Role:
By owning day-to-day athlete management and performance, the KOL / Influencer Manager will create a scalable athlete engine that increases brand visibility, demand, and conversion across all U.S. channels.
Responsibilities:
Lead the identification, recruitment, and onboarding of high-impact U.S. athletes, both established and emerging, aligned to brand strategy and commercial objectives.
Proactively source, qualify, and line up athlete calls and negotiations
Build, manage, and directly oversee a portfolio of 40–50 emerging U.S. athletes & 5 faces of the brand driving accountability, performance, and output.
Own day-to-day athlete relationship management, including communication, contract compliance, deliverables, and ongoing engagement.
Manage and allocate a USD $1.2 million annual athlete budget, ensuring efficient deployment of spend to achieve defined commercial and brand outcomes.
Be accountable for delivering 40 million monthly impressions and USD $3.6 million in annual revenue through athlete-led activations across the U.S. DTC e-commerce
Activate athletes to drive measurable growth across the U.S. DTC e-commerce, Amazon, and B2B channels through campaigns, launches, and key retail moments.
Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and brand teams to ensure athlete content and activations are commercially effective and aligned to channel needs.
Track, analyse, and report on athlete performance, ROI, and budget efficiency, using data and insights to optimise investment, prioritisation, and activation strategy.
Coordinate and support U.S. travel for key signings, events, and activations, ensuring maximum return from in-market activity.
Maintain consistent brand standards and messaging across all athlete partnerships.
Act as a senior operator within the athlete function, building scalable systems, processes, and performance frameworks to support long-term U.S. growth.
About you:
Highly charismatic with a presence and the ability to command rooms, calls, and negotiations.
Commercially ruthless with strong business acumen and a clear focus on ROI and revenue impact.
Relentlessly sales-driven and performance-obsessed, with a track record of closing deals and hitting targets.
Confident, persuasive communicator who thrives in high-stakes conversations with athletes and agents.
Highly organised and disciplined, able to manage a large portfolio with precision and accountability.
Self-starting, resilient, and comfortable operating under pressure in a fast-growth environment.
Flexibility to travel frequently and operate across US time zones.
