YOUR ROLE
The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Sales Department in providing seamless & customer-focused solutions and account management to support the achievement of business objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:
Play an Integral role in management and development the assigned key accounts
Maintain & develop market share by constantly engaging the clients commercially
Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through direct sales channels
Development of business plans for all current business and potential business opportunities
Identify new business opportunities and follow up on new customers’ developments
Key PIC between customers and all relevant departments.
Inclusion of all opportunities & activities into CRM.
Explore & propose innovative solutions for future development / create more value for customers
Prepare & Conduct QBRs, maintain SOPs and host regular meetings with customs to develop a healthy working relationship.
Monitoring of shipments of assigned key accounts to ensure that service is delivered as per committed on SOP.
Manage all escalations of assigned key accounts and identify resolutions in a timely manner
Lead RFQs & implementation upon award of assigned key accounts
Support BD Support Executive on spot quotations requests
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Essential
Minimum 5 years in sales/ account management experience in Freight Forwarding
Specialist Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge in freight forwarding is a must
Strong Account Management and relationship building skills
Excellent presentation & analytical skill
