Our client is a global industry leader specializing in baby care products. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Key Account Executive (Modern Trade) to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Job Description of Key Account Executive:
Manage key modern trade and retail accounts to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
Identify market opportunities through sales analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trends.
Plan and execute promotions, product launches, in-store visibility, and retail merchandising activities.
Build strong relationships with retailers and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
Monitor account performance and provide strategic recommendations to optimize sales and market share.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
3–5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in modern trade or retail channels.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Business Central.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
