Job Summary:
As a Key Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in growing sales and managing relationships with key customers. Your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain strong, productive partnerships that drive sales and with optimum trade promotions for our Principals' brands. You will be the link between customers, internal teams, and the Principal, ensuring the seamless execution of strategic plans and account management activities.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage key retail accounts and build strong partnerships
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies
- Plan and execute promotions, product launches, and in-store campaigns
- Business Development in Coffeeshops Chains
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 3–5 years FMCG sales experience (modern trade/general trade)
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
