What you’ll do
As our Junior Marketing Executive, you’ll be an essential part of our small, close-knit team. This role is designed to give early career professionals a strong foundation in marketing and communication practices. You can expect to gain real exposure to projects of all sizes as you work side by side with marketing consultants, creatives, clients, and partners.
Here is what your day-to-day could look like:
Support a portfolio of 2–4 clients and execute brand and marketing-oriented deliverables that solve real business challenges
Assist in analysing clients’ business objectives, preparing progress reports and developing strategies to achieve their goals
Keep projects moving by coordinating timelines, spotting risks early, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
Join cross-functional brainstorms and share your ideas, whether it’s developing a marketing plan or crafting engaging content
Connect with clients, listen well, communicate clearly, and always advocate for their best interests
You’ll also get the chance to explore different areas of our business as you grow in confidence and skills.

It would be great if you also have:
A Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field
At least 1 internship, school project, or part-time experience related to marketing, communications, or design
Basic skills in creating presentation decks, writing content, designing collaterals, or managing spreadsheets
Familiarity with key business and marketing concepts and knowing how to apply them
