About the role
At Made To Bloom, we create thoughtful floral and gifting experiences that bring beauty, meaning, and connection into everyday moments. We're looking for a creative and proactive Junior Marketing & Design Executive to support our growing brand across digital marketing, content creation, and visual storytelling.
Key responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms
Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and other channels
Write captions, campaign copy, and basic marketing materials
Design marketing assets including social posts, stories, EDMs, flyers, and website banners
Assist with photoshoots, styling, and visual direction
Edit short-form videos and reels for social media
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Support seasonal launches, campaigns, and product storytelling
Assist with website updates and product uploads
Coordinate with vendors, printers, and creative partners when needed
About you
0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or graphic design
Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Strong eye for aesthetics and branding
Familiar with social media trends and content creation
Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Passion for flowers, lifestyle brands, design, and storytelling is a plus
