Job DescriptionRole Summary
We are looking for a hands-on operator who owns the entire live streaming commerce cycle — from pre-broadcast planning and live execution to post-broadcast order fulfillment and content creation. This is not a support role. You will take full ownership of channel growth, operational accuracy, and brand presence across the platform and beyond. Key Responsibilities
① Platform Live Operations
Develop broadcast plans — define themes, product lineup, scripts, and run-of-show timelines before each session
Set up and QC the broadcast environment — lighting, camera, audio, background, and technical checks
Monitor live chat in real time — drive purchase intent, manage giveaways/events, and engage viewers
Compile post-broadcast performance reports — viewership, order volume, revenue, and engagement metrics
Identify improvement areas each session and feed insights into the next broadcast plan
② Order Management & Fulfillment
Consolidate all orders post-broadcast across platform Shop, DMs, and comment-based orders
Cross-reference order lists against available inventory and flag discrepancies immediately
Own the full fulfillment loop: picking → packing → waybill printing → dispatch
Send shipping confirmations to customers and handle initial claims or inquiry responses
Track and resolve any missed, delayed, or incorrect shipments through to completion
③ Content & Marketing Production
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for TikTok feed using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools
Design broadcast announcement posters, thumbnails, and card-format promotional assets
Create pre-live teasers and post-live highlight clips to drive channel traffic and follower growth
Cross-post content across Instagram, KakaoTalk Channel, and other brand platforms
Develop seasonal and event-based promotional campaigns with supporting visual assets
Execute content strategies aligned with follower growth and brand awareness goals
④ Store & Inventory Management
Maintain store display standards — cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising
Track all stock movements (in/out) and conduct regular reconciliation between physical and system inventory
Initiate replenishment orders for broadcast-depleted products and liaise with suppliers
Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends to prevent overstock or stockouts
Inspect incoming goods — verify quantity, quality, and packaging condition on receipt
Qualifications
Required
Active and fluent user of TikTok, Instagram, or equivalent platforms — strong trend awareness is a must
Proficiency in video editing tools: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent
Design basics for posters and card-format content (Canva proficiency minimum)
Prior experience processing online orders and managing courier dispatch
Strong multitasker — able to monitor live chat, confirm orders, and manage broadcast flow simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a consistent habit of logging data accurately
Preferred
Hands-on experience operating TikTok Shop or live commerce channels
Product knowledge in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle categories
Background in photography, videography, or content direction
Experience in customer service or CS operations
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for inventory and order tracking
