About the Role
We are looking for an empathetic, well-spoken individual to join our team across Apart.sg and Together Diamonds. This role combines customer experience, sales, and hands-on jewellery crafting.
The work environment is low-stress, calm, and stable — suitable for someone seeking a long-term career with meaningful responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with enquiries, appointments, and product recommendations
Handle sensitive conversations with empathy (many clients are grieving)
Manage WhatsApp, email, and showroom communication
Craft and assemble keepsake jewellery pieces (training provided)
Ensure careful handling of hair, fur, and ashes
Support production, packaging, and quality checks
Work independently and confidently on your own
Requirements
Emotionally mature, empathetic, and professional
Speaks well and presents well
Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
Enjoys hands-on crafting and learning new skills
Comfortable working independently for extended periods
Sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but not required
