Job Description


Ecommerce Marketing Intern (The Wonder Shop)


As an Ecommerce Marketing Intern with The Wonder Shop, you'll gain hands-on experience in how storytelling meets shopping. You'll be part of the team that connects audiences to products through creative content, digital campaigns, and data-driven insights. This internship is designed to give you a practical understanding of how creativity, content, and commerce come together to drive online sales.


Responsibilities


1. Social Media & Content SupportAssist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Help develop engaging posts and videos that showcase products, promotions, and seasonal stories.


2. Email MarketingSupport the planning and execution of email campaigns, including drafting copy, selecting visuals, and analysing performance to understand what resonates with customers.


3. Market & Trend ResearchConduct research on products, competitors, and e-commerce trends to uncover insights that inform campaign ideas and marketing strategies.


4. Digital Advertising SupportAssist in managing paid digital campaigns — from ad creation and keyword research to tracking results and optimising performance.


5. Analytics & ReportingHelp compile performance reports, track key metrics, and provide observations that can guide future campaigns and content planning.





Qualifications


Requirements


1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.


2. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and a basic understanding of digital marketing principles.


3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


4. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about e-commerce, content, and digital strategy.


5. Basic knowledge of design or editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.


(Successful applicants must commit to at least a three-month full-time internship during the stated period.)
