What you'll do:
As an International Marketing Manager, you'll dive into an exciting mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution that brings measurable business impact. - Identify, evaluate, and prioritise both digital and offline marketing channels to raise brand visibility and generate qualified B2B leads that support business objectives.
- Manage all aspects of trade shows, industry conferences, webinars, and networking events including pre-event preparation, booth development, asset creation, and post-event lead follow-up.
- Oversee website management as well as LinkedIn page strategy and industry publication placements to strengthen brand positioning within the target markets.
- Plan, manage, and optimise multi-channel B2B paid performance campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic channels, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI.
- Execute comprehensive demand generation activities including lead nurturing programmes, re-targeting efforts, and pipeline-supporting campaigns tailored for high-consideration B2B funnels.
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging strategies, audience targeting parameters, creative assets, landing pages, and promotional offers to maximise conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to localise messaging and marketing assets specifically for US audiences while maintaining consistency with brand tone.
- Work closely with analytics teams to ensure accurate reporting frameworks are in place for campaign tracking and event performance measurement.
- Manage relationships with industry publications, associations, and event organisers for content placements as well as co-marketing opportunities.

- Proven track record planning and executing successful B2B paid media campaigns.
- Deep understanding of demand generation tactics including lead nurturing programmes tailored for high-consideration B2B funnels is expected.
- Practical expertise using Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads along with marketing automation tools such as CRM systems and web analytics platforms is important.
- Strong project management skills evidenced by coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple time zones are required.
- Outstanding analytical abilities combined with excellent communication skills enabling translation of complex data into actionable insights are crucial.
