About the Role

As part of the Suntory Beverage & Food Martech Team, you will be supporting digital and data-driven marketing initiatives across the region. The role combines marketing domain understanding with strong analytical and technical skills. The intern will partner closely with Marketing teams to design, execute, and optimize digital campaigns, and build dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaign Activation

  • Execute and activate digital marketing campaigns across key digital channels.

  • Propose and design digital campaigns to acquire new consumers using relevant content and funnel strategies.

  • Coordinate campaign launch timelines and work with cross-functional stakeholders (internal teams and external vendors).

Martech Operations

  • Operate Martech tools including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, CMS, and analytics tools.

  • Ensure smooth functioning of Martech systems in support of marketing activity deployment.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Support CRM planning and execution, ensuring data accuracy and campaign readiness.

Data Analytics & Dashboarding

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards for campaign performance tracking and optimization.

  • Collect and analyse data from platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on consumer behaviour and performance trends.


Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or relevant technical fields.

  • Experience in digital marketing, martech, project management, or software development.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.

  • Hands-on experience in campaign management.

  • Strong analytics capability; proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

  • Experience tracking digital marketing activities (Google Analytics or similar).

  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
