Responsibility :

• Engage customers online and in-person by understanding their needs and recommending suitable car retrofit solutions (e.g., 360° cameras, sound upgrades, OE/aftermarket accessories)

• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries across Shopee, Carousell, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp

• Convert online leads into workshop visits by arranging live demos, consultations, and product walk-throughs

• Provide clear product explanations and honest recommendations to build customer confidence and improve closing rates

• Follow up with customers on quotations, appointments, and order confirmations to ensure smooth sales conversion

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of vehicles, retrofit works, and completed projects for marketing use

• Support simple content creation tasks such as basic video trimming/editing and preparing marketing visuals when needed

• Maintain and update product listings, visuals, and information across all online platforms to keep content fresh and accurate

• Assist in tracking stock availability (in/out items) and update inventory records in a timely manner

• Ensure the workshop display, cabinets, warehouse, and storage areas are kept clean, organised, and presentable at all times

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in sales and marketing (automotive industry is a strong advantage)

• Strong interest in cars, car accessories, and vehicle modifications/retrofit solutions

• Comfortable handling customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and e-commerce platforms

• Good understanding of basic marketing content (photos/videos); simple editing skills is a plus

• Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage follow-ups, quotations, and sales coordination properly
