Responsibilities

About the Team The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science.

GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group. Responsibilities - Client Strategy: Conduct industry data analysis, market insights and typical advertiser research to identify business and advertising demands of different client segments.

Develop client growth strategies and be accountable for driving platform advertising revenue growth. - Client Advertising Solutions: Proficient in branding, influencer, performance and other commercial products. Deeply understand client advertising needs and develop strategy; optimize and innovate advertising strategies in terms of ad formats, traffic monetization strategies, etc., to improve campaign performance and help clients solve business challenges.

- Project Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, middle office, sales and client partners. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in project delivery, effectively drive key projects to launch and achieve business results.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or above; at least 5 years of professional experience.

  • Experience in commercialization / advertising industry, or vertical consumer-facing sectors such as e-commerce, FMCG, apparel, apps, etc.

  • Strong data analysis capabilities, proficient in data analysis tools, high data sensitivity and logical thinking ability.

  • Fluent in English is required to support business needs, including client-facing interactions and cross-functional communication.

  • Able to summarize common issues and develop segmented client strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills, strong adaptability and cross-team collaboration skills.
