WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own and deliver annual sales revenue targets across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels
• Manage and strengthen strategic relationships with key retail accounts and online marketplace partners
• Lead, coach, and grow the sales team; build a culture of accountability, learning, and performance
• Recruit, train, mentor and retain sales promoters
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and channel expansion
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align sales strategy with business goals
• Track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics; translate data insights into actionable strategy
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role in consumer electronics, home appliances, or FMCG
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in a multi-channel retail environment
• Deep understanding of Singapore's retail and e-commerce landscape with a strong network of trade relationships
• Strong people leader with the ability to inspire teams and manage performance constructively
• Data-savvy with strong commercial acumen; comfortable working with sales forecasting, pricing, and P&L
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to engage confidently at senior stakeholder and buyer level
