We are looking for an exceptional Group Head of Marketing to lead and unify the marketing vision across all brands and business units under the group.
The Role
This is not a traditional marketing manager role.
We are looking for a commercially-minded marketing leader who can build brands, drive revenue, lead teams, and execute modern growth strategies across multiple business units simultaneously.
You will oversee all aspects of marketing across the group — from brand positioning and social media to performance marketing, creative direction, launches, partnerships, events, CRM, and customer acquisition.
You will work directly with senior leadership to shape the future growth of the group.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Leadership
Lead the overall marketing strategy across all Santino Group brands and business units
Build clear positioning and differentiated identities for each business unit
Ensure consistency in storytelling, branding, and communication across all channels
Drive brand growth while maintaining each brand’s unique voice and audience
Performance & Growth Marketing
Oversee paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
Manage customer acquisition funnels, retargeting, CRM, and conversion optimisation
Analyse campaign ROI and marketing performance metrics
Develop scalable growth systems and lead generation strategies
Content & Social Media
Oversee the creation of high-performing content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email
Develop content strategies that increase engagement, authority, and conversions
Identify viral opportunities, partnerships, and cultural moments relevant to the brands
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the group’s marketing team including:
Social media managers
Designers
Videographers
Performance marketers
External agencies and freelancers
Build scalable workflows and accountability systems
Recruit and grow the marketing department over time
Campaigns & Activations
Plan and execute launches, collaborations, trade shows, and experiential campaigns
Lead major seasonal campaigns and product launches
Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing with commercial goals
Digital & E-Commerce
Oversee websites, Shopify stores, SEO, CRM, and digital customer experience
Improve conversion rates and online sales performance
Drive omnichannel growth strategies
Requirements
Has 7–12+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or growth leadership roles
Has managed multiple brands or business units simultaneously
Understands both brand-building and performance marketing deeply
Is highly creative but also commercially-driven
Has strong leadership and people management skills
Can move quickly, execute independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Is highly familiar with modern digital marketing ecosystems
