Description

  • Strategy, Brand and Team Leadership

  • Define and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned to business growth, store expansion, and profitability targets

  • Strengthen Domino’s positioning as the leading digital-first pizza QSR brand in Singapore

  • Own brand consistency across all touchpoints (online, in-store, delivery platforms)

  • Provide leadership, direction and clarity to the local marketing team

  • Working closely with the regional marketing team for: Marketing strategy, campaigns, innovation, Pricing, and insights

  • Determine right mix of local and regional campaigns & innovations

  • Revenue & Growth

  • Drive same-store sales growth, traffic, and basket size through effective campaigns and promotions in order to achieve budgeted sales and growth

  • Lead pricing, promotion, and value architecture in collaboration with operational and local marketing teams

  • Own customer acquisition, retention, and frequency metrics

  • Digital, CRM & Performance Marketing

  • Lead digital marketing and performance channels (paid media, app, web, delivery platforms)

  • Grow owned channels (app & website orders) and reduce platform dependency

  • Oversee CRM, loyalty, data-driven personalisation, and lifecycle marketing

  • Use analytics to optimise ROI, Lead generation and other metrics

  • Product & Campaign Management

  • Lead new product launches, LTOs and seasonal campaigns end-to-end

  • Partner with supply chain and operations to ensure feasibility and flawless execution

  • Oversee creative development with agencies from concept to rollout

  • Team & Agency Leadership

  • Lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team

  • Manage creative, media, digital, and agencies with clear KPIs and accountability

  • Foster a test-and-learn, fast-execution culture suited to QSR pace

  • Team Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Marketing Managers covering brand, digital, CRM and external platform partners

  • Set clear objectives, performance metrics, and development plans for each manager

  • Build a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative marketing organisation

  • Ensure strong succession planning and capability building within the team

  • Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Franchise partners

  • Present clear insights, plans, and results to senior leadership and regional teams
