As the company continues to scale across B2C and B2B markets, we are looking for a commercially driven and growth-focused Head of Marketing to lead end-to-end marketing strategy, customer acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives.

What You’ll Be Driving
Marketing Strategy & LeadershipLead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across growth, content, and digital marketing functions
Own the full customer funnel — from brand awareness and lead generation to conversion and retention
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth and revenue targets
Drive marketing innovation and scalable growth initiatives across multiple markets
Lead high-impact campaigns across:
Performance Marketing (Google, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
SEO & organic growth
Content and social media marketing
Email marketing & marketing automation
Webinars, partnerships, Public Relations, and community-building initiatives
Optimise campaigns and marketing spend to improve ROI, ROAS, CPL, and CPA
Analyse campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue metrics to drive strategic decisions
Scale successful acquisition channels and continuously identify new growth opportunities
Own lead generation strategy and marketing funnel performance
Improve conversion rates across landing pages, user journeys, and acquisition funnels
Partner closely with sales teams to strengthen lead-to-revenue conversion
Work closely with product, creative, tech, and SEO teams to launch impactful campaigns
Align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives and growth strategy
Provide strategic direction to internal and external stakeholders
Manage and optimise multi-channel marketing budgets effectively
Experiment with emerging growth channels, platforms, and acquisition strategies
Ensure efficient spend allocation and measurable business impact
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
Proven success in a Marketing Manager, Growth Lead, or Head of Marketing role
Strong hands-on experience in paid advertising, growth campaigns, and SEO
Demonstrated track record in lead generation, funnel optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
Experience managing integrated multi-channel campaigns and marketing teams
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, agile, or startup environments
Preferred Background
Experience in EdTech, Education, SaaS, AI, or Technology industries
Prior exposure to startups, scale-ups, or high-growth businesses
Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and Google Analytics
