We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and scale the company’s end-to-end marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth across both B2C and B2B channels.
This is a leadership role ideal for a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on marketing leader with strong experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and team management within a high-growth or startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership & Strategy
Lead and manage the marketing team, including executives and interns
Own the full-funnel marketing strategy (awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention)
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals
Digital Marketing & Growth
Drive digital marketing, growth marketing, and demand generation strategies
Plan and execute campaigns across:
Performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads)
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Content marketing & social media marketing
Email marketing & marketing automation
Webinars, events, and Public Relations campaigns
Performance Marketing & Analytics
Optimise paid media campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, CPL, and CPA
Analyse marketing data, campaign performance, and revenue metrics to drive decisions
Work closely with performance marketing teams to scale high-performing campaigns
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimisation
Own lead generation funnels and improve conversion rates (CRO)
Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead-to-revenue conversion
Continuously test and optimise landing pages, user journeys, and marketing funnels
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with creative, tech, SEO, and product teams to deliver high-impact campaigns
Provide clear direction to creative and performance teams to achieve marketing KPIs
Align marketing initiatives with overall business growth strategy
Budget & Channel Management
Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across channels
Experiment with new growth channels, digital platforms, and acquisition strategies
Ensure efficient marketing spend and cost optimisation
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing / Growth Lead
Strong experience in paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) and SEO
Demonstrated success in lead generation, funnel optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor teams
Highly data-driven, analytical, and results-oriented
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in EdTech, Education, SaaS, or Technology industry
Background in startups, scale-ups, or high-growth environments
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and Google Analytics
