We are partnering with a rapidly scaling, AI-powered EdTech organisation headquartered in Singapore, focused on transforming workforce readiness through high-impact training in Data, Coding, AI, and UX Design.

As the organisation enters its next phase of growth across B2C learner acquisition and B2B enterprise training markets, we are seeking a senior marketing leader to architect and scale a high-performance, revenue-driven marketing function.

This is a pivotal leadership appointment for a data-driven, commercially minded Head of Marketing with deep expertise in demand generation, performance marketing, and full-funnel growth, ideally with strong exposure to the education or EdTech sector in Singapore.

The Opportunity

You will take full ownership of the marketing engine, shaping strategy while driving executional excellence across acquisition, conversion, and retention.

This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable setting strategic direction at the leadership level and diving into performance marketing, funnels, and analytics when needed to accelerate growth.

You will play a central role in scaling the organisation’s brand, demand generation capabilities, and revenue impact across multiple markets.

Key Mandate

Full-Funnel Growth & Marketing Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy across B2C and B2B segments

  • Build and scale a high-performance full-funnel demand generation engine

  • Drive integrated growth across acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention

  • Translate business objectives into measurable marketing and revenue outcomes

  • Lead and develop a lean, high-performance marketing team

Demand Generation & Performance Marketing Excellence

  • Architect scalable acquisition strategies across:

    • Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube

    • SEO and organic growth ecosystems

    • CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation

  • Build and optimise lead generation systems for student enrolment and enterprise sales

  • Drive experimentation across new and emerging growth channels

  • Oversee webinars, partnerships, Public Relations, and community-driven acquisition initiatives

Revenue, Funnel & Conversion Ownership

  • Own marketing contribution to pipeline, enrolments, and revenue

  • Optimise full-funnel performance including CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates

  • Lead continuous optimisation of landing pages, user journeys, and campaign performance

  • Strengthen alignment between marketing, admissions, and sales functions

Data, Analytics & Performance Accountability

  • Establish strong performance measurement frameworks across all marketing activities

  • Use data, attribution, and insights to guide strategic and tactical decisions

  • Drive continuous improvement through testing, optimisation, and scaling of high-performing channels

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Tech, and Content teams

  • Align marketing strategy with product roadmap and business expansion priorities

  • Lead agency and vendor relationships where applicable

  • Present insights and performance updates to senior leadership

Budget & Growth Strategy Ownership

  • Manage multi-channel marketing budgets with full accountability for ROI

  • Allocate spend strategically across performance and brand-building initiatives

  • Identify and scale new growth opportunities and market channels

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a senior marketing leader with:

  • 7–12+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing leadership

  • Proven success in a Head of Marketing, Growth Director, or equivalent senior role

  • Strong Singapore-based experience in the Education / EdTech sector (essential)

  • Deep expertise in demand generation, funnel optimisation, and performance marketing

  • Strong command of paid media, SEO, CRM, and marketing automation ecosystems

  • Demonstrated ability to link marketing activity directly to revenue and pipeline outcomes

  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with fluency in marketing KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV)

  • Experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-growth or scale-up environments

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to EdTech, Education, SaaS, AI, or technology-driven organisations

  • Experience in B2C acquisition and B2B enterprise sales environments

  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and marketing automation platforms

  • Regional or multi-market (APAC) marketing experience
