As a Head of Growth (E-Commerce), you will be responsible for the following duties.
Led and executed regional eCommerce growth strategies across multiple markets, driving sustainable revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
Managed integrated digital growth initiatives across paid media, SEO, CRM, CRO, and onsite channels, focusing on ROAS optimisation and customer lifetime value growth.
Developed and implemented lifecycle marketing, loyalty, and referral strategies to strengthen customer retention and repeat revenue streams.
Collaborated with data, content, and performance marketing teams to drive acquisition strategies, audience targeting, attribution analysis, and LTV optimisation.
Developed quarterly and annual growth plans, budgets, KPIs, and governance frameworks while managing programme performance and stakeholder alignment.
Worked closely with cross-functional teams and regional market leads to execute commercially relevant campaigns, product launches, and scalable growth initiatives.
Managed external agencies and internal stakeholders while building in-house digital growth capabilities and presenting business performance updates to senior leadership.
Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field with a minimum 9–12 years of experience in digital growth, eCommerce, or performance marketing and at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
