As a Head of Growth, you will be responsible for the following duties.
Own and execute the regional eCommerce growth strategy, driving sustainable revenue across all markets
Lead acquisition and retention levers, optimizing ROAS while increasing customer lifetime value
Integrate paid, organic, CRM, and onsite strategies into a cohesive growth ecosystem
Translate strategy into clear quarterly/annual plans with KPIs, budgets, and accountability
Optimize performance marketing across markets, including channel mix, targeting, and creatives
Drive CRM, lifecycle, and loyalty initiatives to improve retention, advocacy, and repeat purchase
Use data and LTV cohort analysis to inform investment decisions across acquisition and retention
Lead cross-market teams and partners, ensuring execution, governance, and alignment with business goals
Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field with a minimum 9–12 years of experience in digital growth, eCommerce, or performance marketing and at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
