About Us

Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

The Head of Business Management will report to the CEO and is responsible for managing business performance and cover the areas such as Marketing, and Product.

Responsibilities

1. Product Management:

• Able to understand and analyze current market trends, demands and customers’ financial needs.


• Drive the team to work with various stakeholders to design, develop, test, and launch financial product online.


• Make periodic adjustments to existing product to ensure market competitiveness.


• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.

2. Business Performance:

• Monitor and analyze product performance and make necessary changes to improve product performance.


• Develop business plans to incentivize Sales partners to drive Sales target and devise Market strategies.


• Provide advice and suggestions to motivate Sales teams to exceed revenue targets.


• Seek feedback from Sales and industry partners to improve product design and performance.

3. Marketing & Design:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.


• Oversee digital marketing, content creation, and public relations efforts.


• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing campaigns.


• Ensure cohesive and user-centric design (UI/UX) across all products and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Banking and Finance.


• 10+ years of experience in a Bank or FI, covering Product Development, Market and Revenue analysis.


• Innovative in design financial products within the regulatory limits.


• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
