Key Responsibilities (JD)

  • Acquisition Oversight: Monitor and manage advertising budgets, focusing on maximising Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and reducing Customer Acquisition Cost(CAC) across all paid platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee).

  • Agency Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external media agencies (Defiant, Ninja Promo) to align on strategic goals, implementation, and reporting.

  • Retention Strategy: Own and execute the customer retention strategy, managing email and SMS marketing flows and segmentation (CRM) to increase Customer Life time Value (LTV).

  • Implementation: Ensure all creative and technical changes requested by agencies or identified internally are actioned promptly.

  • Reporting: Provide detailed analysis on blended CAC/LTV and overall channel profitability to the Head of Marketing.

 Requirements & Experience

  • Deep proficiency in performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR, LTV).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.

  • Excellent vendor management and communication skills.

  • A proactive and growth-oriented mindset.

  • 5+ years in a Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or quantitative digital marketing role.

  • Proven hands-on experience managing paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and a major CRM/Email platform (e.g., Klaviyo).
