Description
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Designer to join our Group Marketing team. You will play a key role in shaping Goldbell’s brand visuals across digital and print platforms, supporting campaigns, launches, and day-to-day marketing needs across the Group.
This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys end-to-end execution, working across multiple formats and channels in a fast-paced, in-house environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret design briefs, translating creative and technical requirements into timely, high-quality outputs
Develop layouts and designs for brand identity, marketing campaigns, and tactical collaterals
Present design concepts to key stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively
Support marketing and sales teams with customised promotional assets for different audiences and channels
Act as a brand gatekeeper, ensuring all materials are on-brand and aligned with Goldbell’s brand guidelines
Work closely with the Marketing Team to brainstorm and shape visuals for new ideas, launches, and campaigns
Conceptualise and execute creative campaigns across digital, social, web, EDMs, print, OOH, vehicle decals, catalogues, and newsletters
Adapt designs for multi-platform usage, including mobile and social-first formats
Support end-to-end content production, including basic photography and video shoots, post-production editing, and on-site assistance when required
Work independently with internal stakeholders while managing multiple projects and maintaining confidentiality
Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and production partners when required
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
2–3 years of graphic design experience in a creative agency or in-house environment
Strong attention to detail, good time management, and ability to handle tight deadlines
Receptive to feedback, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Working knowledge of CapCut or similar video editing tools
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Interest in mobility, automotive, or lifestyle brands
Basic motion, video, or animation skills are a strong advantage
Familiarity with social media content formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) is an advantage
Exposure to e-commerce, automotive, logistics, or B2B industries is preferred
Understanding of marketing funnels and basic UI/UX principles is a plus
Event coverage photography skills are a bonus
