Graphic Designer & E-Commerce Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Create graphic content for e-commerce platforms, social media, digital marketing and print materials.

• Design and edit product images, banners, promotional visuals and other marketing materials.

• Assist with photo retouching, image cropping and maintaining digital design assets.

• Assist with product listings, customer enquiries and other e-commerce administrative tasks.

• Process and manage e-commerce orders, ensuring accurate order details and timely fulfilment.

• Coordinate with internal teams on deliveries, returns and order issues.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably with e-commerce exposure.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)

• Prior e-commerce order processing experience is an advantage.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6.30pm

• Work Location: Clarke Quay

• Salary: up to $3500

• Able to start work immediately or on short notice
