Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and lead the global brand vision, architecture, and positioning across all product categories (instant noodles, ready-to-drink beverages, etc.)

  • Ensure consistency in brand identity while enabling local market adaptation

  • Strengthen brand equity and relevance across developed and emerging markets

2. Commercial & Growth Leadership

  • Own global marketing P&L and drive topline growth, market share, and profitability

  • Partner closely with Sales, Category, and Supply Chain to align marketing with commercial priorities

  • Translate business goals into clear marketing strategies and KPIs

3. Product Innovation & Portfolio Management

  • Lead innovation strategy from insight generation to go-to-market execution

  • Drive pipeline for new product development (flavours, formats, health-focused variants, etc.)

  • Optimize product portfolio based on performance, trends, and regional preferences

4. Integrated Marketing & Campaign Excellence

  • Oversee global campaigns across digital, social, e-commerce, retail, and traditional channels

  • Elevate storytelling and consumer engagement across platforms

  • Ensure best-in-class execution in ATL, BTL, and omnichannel marketing

5. Consumer Insights & Data-Driven Marketing

  • Build strong consumer and market insight capabilities

  • Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making, segmentation, and personalization

  • Track brand health, campaign performance, and ROI

6. Market Expansion & Localization

  • Support entry into new markets and strengthen presence in existing regions (APAC, Europe, Americas, etc.)

  • Guide regional teams on localized strategies while maintaining global alignment

7. Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead and develop a high-performing global marketing team

  • Build strong collaboration across regional marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability


Key Requirements

Experience

  • 12–18+ years of marketing experience in FMCG, preferably within food & beverage or packaged goods

  • Proven track record in global or regional marketing leadership roles

  • Strong experience managing multi-market brands and complex product portfolios

  • Demonstrated success in driving brand growth, innovation, and market expansion

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivering ROI

  • Deep understanding of FMCG dynamics, including retail, distribution, and e-commerce

  • Expertise in brand building, digital marketing, and integrated campaign strategy

  • Consumer-first mindset with strong analytical and insight-driven approach

  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed

Leadership

  • Experience leading diverse, cross-cultural teams

  • Strong stakeholder management, including C-suite influence

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in instant foods / noodles / beverages categories

  • Exposure to emerging markets (SEA, China, India) as well as developed markets

  • Experience working in both global HQ and local market roles
