About the Team TikTok's Scaled Growth team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our Scaled Growth team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok. Responsibilities

• Create on-the-point, compelling narrative and unique selling points in communication materials including sales pitch deck, paid ads, events, etc


• Spearhead Global Agency's badging and tiering program.


• Develop and launch the agency certification globally.

Drive agency's participation and pass rate.

• Create customized enablement and resources as a pillar of the agreement with Deal Agency and TikTok Sponsored Agency.


• Design and implement agency conferences and tentpole events in 4 regions

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in business development or business operations in the advertising industry.
- Strong ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for SMB business
