Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth daily warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and inventory management departments.
- Take full ownership of all warehouse KPIs
- Optimize processes across departments.
- Optimize capacity according to needs.
- Provide leadership and direction to employees.
- Coordinate with supervisors to cover all personnel and warehouse needs.
- Provide efficient and productive communication between departments.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Min 5 years of working experience in warehouse in logistics industry
- 2-3 years of experience as Assistant Manager / Manager in the relevant industry
- Experience in handling e-commerce clients is an added advantage
- Experience in improving warehouse improvement is an added advantage
