Description
- Lead and oversee the overall business operations of vivo in Singapore, including retail, distribution, and key account management.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets, market share growth, and brand positioning.
- Manage and expand relationships with key partners, including telecom operators, distributors, and retail channels.
- Drive sales performance across all channels (offline retail, e-commerce, telco) and ensure alignment with company targets.
- Oversee P&L management, budgeting, and cost control to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Build, lead, and manage cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, retail operations, and after-sales service.
- Ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and operational standards.
- Report regularly to HQ and align local strategies with global direction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales, retail, or business management, preferably in consumer electronics or telecom industry.
- Proven track record in leading teams and managing large-scale operations.
- Strong network with telecom operators and retail partners in Singapore is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus to liaise with HQ.
