Job Description & Requirements:
Part Time or Full Time: Citizen / Permanent Resident / Student (Knowing more languages is a plus)
Work Location - Queenstown, Central Region
Working Hours - Mon to Friday 9am - 6pm
Monthly Salary - up to $2700 per month
Job Scope & Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as emails, invoices, maintaining information files, and processing paperwork
Vet through timesheet for monthly pay-out
Liaison with suppliers and customers to prepare and organize invoices and agreements and tallying of SOA
To keep payment records up to date
Provide general support to operations or HR/accounts team
Managing staff claims
Maintain and update company databases
Inventory Management of supplies (e.g. Office stationery and pantry supplies) and stock
Any other ad-hoc duties as required
What we're looking for
No experience is required, but 1 year of experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role is preferred
E-Commerce knowledge is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
