The Job

• Curate and manage strategic partnerships with TACs, government agencies, and industry leaders to drive SME and midcap customer acquisition.
• Work with partners to increase SME adoption of bank digital solutions and expand lead-generation sources.
• Develop and run digital and GenAI initiatives to grow SME leads, support new acquisitions, and drive cross-selling.
• Create strategies to boost GenAI adoption among SMEs and continuously enhance the bank's GenAI Programme.
• Drive marketing and communications efforts to increase GenAI programme sign-ups and solution adoption.
• Engage external stakeholders (regulators, government bodies, industry associations, NGOs) and coordinate responses with internal teams.
• Work with internal teams such as Legal, Product, Vendor Management, RMs, and Marketing on contract, product, and event-related matters.
• Maintain and update the SME website to improve traffic, engagement, and lead conversion.
• Develop digital content strategy, customer journeys, and online playbooks on sustainability, upskilling, and digital transformation.
• Design online processes (forms, flows) for programme sign-ups and support UAT/live testing.
• Review and improve financial literacy content and support marketplace/e‑commerce activities.

The Talent

• Diploma or bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in programme management, with a strong track record of driving solution adoption and achieving business objectives.
• Result-orientated and has the ability to drive business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills to monitor programme performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive KPI achievement.
• Excellent communications skill with strong stakeholder management and coordination
• Process-oriented with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through including the flexibility to perform in a dynamic work environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, and be extremely organised with strong time management skills
• AI knowledge and experience is a plus
