Frontend Engineer – Build High-Performance, Scalable Web Interfaces

You will:

Design, develop, and maintain intuitive, high-performance, and scalable user interfaces. You'll work in an agile, DevOps-driven environment, collaborating closely with BAs, QAs, DevOps, and product teams to deliver exceptional digital products.

You bring:

Frontend Technologies:

• JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

• React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Svelte, or Angular

• State management: Redux, Recoil, Zustand, MobX

• UI libraries: Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, Chakra UI, Bootstrap

• Build tools: Webpack, Vite, esbuild, Parcel

• CSS methodologies: BEM, CSS Modules, Styled Components

Testing & Performance:

• Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, Playwright, React Testing Library

• Lazy loading, code splitting, reducing re-renders

API Integration:

• RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets

CI/CD & Cloud:

• GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Netlify, Vercel

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Software Engineering Practices:

• Agile (Scrum, Kanban)

• XP practices: TDD, pair programming, continuous refactoring

• Frontend security (XSS, CSRF prevention)

• Web performance optimization

Bonus (added advantage):

• Mobile: React Native, Flutter

• Auth: OAuth, JWT, OpenID Connect

• SSR/SSG: Next.js, Nuxt.js

• Headless CMS: Contentful, Strapi, Sanity.io

• WebAssembly (Wasm), Storybook

You will:

• Translate user stories into technical requirements with BAs and PMs

• Build responsive, accessible, and performant web applications

• Work with QA to ensure automated test coverage and fix bugs

• Partner with DevOps on build, deployment, and release automation

• Enforce frontend best practices (reusability, performance, accessibility)

• Practice pair programming, code reviews, and unit testing

• Document technical decisions and architectural patterns
