Potico is a growing e-commerce gifting platform. We're looking for a skilled Florist — full-time or part-time — to join our small, close-knit team and handle daily floral arrangements for our orders.

What You'll Do

• Design and assemble flower arrangements to a consistent, high-quality standard.

• Prepare and maintain flowers: cutting stems, watering, and ensuring freshness throughout the day.

• Set up and manage floral supplies, containers, foams, and storage.

Who You Are

• At least 1 year of hands-on floristry experience.

• Good knowledge of flower varieties, care, and longevity.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with daily order targets.
