Finance & Operations Executive (F&B / Hospitality)

We are a fast-growing F&B and hospitality group operating multiple concepts across Singapore.

We are looking for a hands-on finance professional who can take full ownership of day-to-day financial operations and ensure accuracy, control, and visibility across the business.

This is not a pure accounting role — this is a finance + operations role with real responsibility.

• Own daily sales reconciliation across POS, payment gateways, and delivery platforms (Grab, Deliveroo, etc.)




• Identify and resolve discrepancies in revenue, settlements, and fees




• Manage accounts payable and payment processing (vendors, rent, utilities, etc.)




• Handle payroll processing (subject to approval)




• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash records




• Maintain full sets of accounts across multiple entities




• Support month-end closing and reporting




• Work closely with outlet managers to ensure financial accuracy on the ground




• Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting / finance, preferably in F&B, retail, or high transaction environments




• Strong experience with sales reconciliation (POS / payment platforms) — must




• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently




• Strong sense of ownership and accountability




• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment




• Experience with accounting systems (e.g. Xero, ) and Excel

• Not a purely administrative or data entry accounting role




• Not a corporate finance position




• Not for candidates who only handle bookkeeping without operational involvement

• Base salary: SGD 4,000 – 4,500 (depending on experience)
