ARDANT is a fast-growing, eight-figures direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brand. We are looking for a Finance Manager to support the day-to-day financial operations of the business and work closely with the Finance Lead to ensure strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and full compliance across all entities.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in e-commerce finance operations who is comfortable managing accounting processes, compliance, and operational finance in a dynamic, high-growth environment across international markets (USA, Canada, Australia, UK, EU). The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Accounting
Manage day-to-day finance operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close
Ensure all receipts, invoices, and expenses are accurately recorded in Xero
Perform regular bank, payment gateway, and balance sheet reconciliations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and supporting documentation
Compliance & Tax
Work with external service providers to ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance
Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST/VAT and other applicable taxes across relevant markets
Support audit processes and respond to compliance-related queries
Accounts Payable & Cashflow
Manage accounts payable, ensuring vendors and suppliers are paid accurately and on time
Monitor cash flow and working capital to support business operations
Assist with payment scheduling and cashflow forecasting
E-commerce Finance Support
Reconcile sales across e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and marketplaces
Track cost of goods sold (COGS), inventory-related expenses, and landed costs
Support inventory accounting and coordination with operations and supply chain teams
Assist in tracking marketing spend, platform fees, refunds, and chargebacks
Reporting & Process Improvement
Prepare and support monthly management reports and financial summaries
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to finance workflows and controls
Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis as required
Assist with system improvements and finance automation initiatives
Job Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations
Prior experience in e-commerce, DTC, or retail environments is strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with Xero or similar cloud accounting software
Familiarity with GST/VAT and cross-border e-commerce taxation is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
