FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Finance Executive

Location: Singapore

Working Hours: 5-day work week

We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Finance Executive to support the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the company. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.


• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.


• Process supplier payments and customer collections.


• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.


• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.


• Prepare schedules for audit, tax, and statutory reporting.


• Assist with GST submissions and annual corporate tax matters.


• Monitor cash flow and perform account reconciliations.


• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities.


• Maintain proper filing and document control.


• Support EPOS system administration, including product setup, price updates, promotions, sales reports, and reconciliation.


• Coordinate with retail operations and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock records.


• Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.


• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.


• Knowledge of full set accounting, Singapore GST requirements, and AIS submission.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. AutoCount, Xero).


• Knowledge of EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) systems, including sales transactions, product setup, inventory management, and reporting, will be an advantage.


• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG industries is preferred.


• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
